My mission is to provide language services for legal and business purposes.
I come to work every day because I want to solve the biggest problem in communication. Everyone is guessing. Business managers don’t know how to read or interpret documents in a foreign language or how to give a presentation to an international public. Sales and Marketing people try & aim to reach the maximum amount of customers or audiences. Legal counsels and lawyers don’t have time to translate letters or transcribe audio files.
Throughout the history of business, people use language to communicate decisions. My mission at Legal Language is to assist clients in transparent communication through excellent translations and transcriptions of audio files as well as to help and overcome any difficulties that clients have when it comes to language, for example by providing language lessons.
Today I provide translations, transcription services & language lessons. I want to make these services available to as many people as possible.
Corine is the founder of Legal Language. She has a Master Degree in Netherlands’ Law and was involved in several international financial institutions, in which period she successfully completed the ‘Beroepsopleiding Bedrijfsjuristen’ at the Centre for Postacademic Legal Education.
Corine's passion for languages developed when she took Latin classes in high school. Her choice to study law was an easy one, as in Corine's view legal people "play with language". During her daily work, Corine engaged in Italian and English (specialised) language classes. In addition to a challenging job, Corine has always taken time to travel. All these experiences have helped her to become an excellent translator and transcriber. Nowadays, Corine lives in Italy where she obtained her certification as an English language teacher.
